Biographical information published about Dr. Paduch demonstrates that he:
- Was educated in Poland and the United States;
- Began his medical career in the early 2000s;

- Is a urologist specializing in male infertility and sexual dysfunction; and
- Moved to Northwell Health on Long Island in 2019.
