Those Affected By Hernia Mesh Failure May Be Eligible To Compensation

Thousands of patients have suffered from adverse effects following the implantation of a hernia mesh.

Those that have had a Hernia Mesh Implant and required revision or replacement surgery to fix the failed implant, may be able to file a legal claim for compensation

OVER 5,000 CASES FILED AGAINST HERNIA MESH COMPANIES TO DATE

The Risks

Hernia meshes are commonly used in hernia repair surgeries. It is estimated that 90% of all 800,000 hernia repairs in the United States require a hernia mesh.

However, many patients now argue that several large hernia mesh manufacturers have been selling defective products that caused unecesseary injuries.

Hernia mesh products were rushed to the marketplace by their manufacturers without any scientific study as to the safety of the devices. Now, these manufacturers are now silently "withdrawing" their defective meshes that may have otherwise been recalled.
